Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Bertazzoni support (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.


2. Scope of Services

Authorized Service offers professional diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and component replacement for appliances in both residential and commercial settings. Our services include evaluation, servicing, and restoration of a wide range of home and commercial equipment.


3. Service Appointments

3.1 Booking Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled via phone, our website, or other official contact methods. While we strive to accommodate your preferred time slot, availability is subject to our technician scheduling and workload.

3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations.

3.3 On-Site Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that technicians have clear, unobstructed, and safe access to the appliance or equipment requiring service, as well as any relevant details to facilitate the service process.


4. Estimates and Payment Terms

4.1 Cost Estimates

Prior to initiating repair work, we will provide a written cost estimate. Additional services or parts will only be added with your prior approval.

4.2 Diagnostic Charges

A diagnostic fee may be applied to identify the issue and prepare a repair estimate. This fee is separate from any repair costs unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Payment Policy

Full payment is required upon completion of services, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.


5. Service Warranty

5.1 Labor Guarantee

We guarantee our labor and workmanship for 30 days from the date of service.

5.2 Parts Coverage

Installed parts are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. Unless otherwise noted, no additional warranty is provided by us.

5.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply to consumables such as refrigerant (freon), filters, fuses, access valves, or general wear-and-tear components. Warranty is void if:

  • You fail to notify us of a problem within 24 hours, or

  • We are not given the opportunity to inspect and perform warranty repairs.

5.4 Extended Warranties

For extended warranties to remain valid, customers must complete annual maintenance as outlined in their service agreement.


6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) food spoilage, cosmetic or surface damage, or incidental property damage resulting from service, appliance removal, or reinstallation.


7. Subcontracting Notice

We may use qualified subcontractors for certain services. We are not responsible for claims, warranties, or representations made by general contractors or third-party referral services.


8. Ownership of Materials

All installed equipment and materials remain the property of Bertazzoni support  until full payment is received.


9. Revisions to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Revisions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. All disputes or legal matters arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
