Refund, return and cancellation policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

1.1 Cancelling Scheduled Services

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify Bertazzoni Support at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a late cancellation charge.
If our technician arrives on-site and is unable to perform the service due to access restrictions or any client-related issues, a service call fee will apply.

1.2 Missed Appointments

Failure to be present at the scheduled time without prior notice will result in a service call fee being charged to cover the cost of the technician’s time and travel.


2. Deposit Terms

2.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits paid to Bertazzoni Support are non-refundable. These funds are used to secure your appointment slot and cover the cost of pre-ordered parts or materials required for the job.

2.2 Deposit Credit

Deposits will be credited toward your final service invoice and reflected in the total amount due at the time of service completion.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services Rendered

Refunds are not available for services that have already been performed. If the serviced appliance exhibits issues post-repair, we will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide follow-up service under our warranty coverage.

3.2 Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include follow-up service, provided it falls within the scope of our warranty terms.


4. Service Warranty

4.1 Labor Guarantee

We offer a 30-day warranty on labor from the date of service. This does not include consumable items or external parts such as Freon, filters, fuses, access valves, or components subject to wear and tear.

4.2 Submitting Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please notify us within 24 hours of discovering the issue. Our team must be granted access to the appliance for inspection and completion of any necessary warranty work.

4.3 Warranty Conditions

Warranty coverage applies only to services provided directly by Bertazzoni Support. It does not extend to third-party repairs or services performed by referral contractors.


5. Estimates and Billing

5.1 Estimates

We will provide a written estimate before beginning any repair work. No additional charges will be incurred without your express approval.

5.2 Diagnostic Charges

If you decide not to proceed with the recommended repair after the diagnostic assessment, a diagnostic fee will be charged to cover the technician’s evaluation and time.
